Hey Nick, incisive as ever. We are witnessing, almost in real-time, the dissemination of “false icons” to draw attention from the seemingly inevitable, collective revelation of “rogue icons”... I'll aim to revisit this in sharing thoughts and experiences in the latest chapter just gone.
It's genius involving your readers/subscribers in this journey, Nick, as we can channel (forgiving the pun) our thoughts and experiences into your own "conscious field", to enrich the information and expand its reach.
That’s what I love about this … seriously, you guys are awesome at the feedback thing … and though I said at the outset of this experimental narrative format (unless you’re Charles Dickens or Arthur Conan Doyle) that I was slightly dreading the serialisation aspect - in that it wouldn’t allow me to do my customary edit-as-you-go thing - the huge upside has been the group feedback/channeling resource from the brains-trust of my readership, which has helped to shape the story going forward. For which, to you all again, a huge thanks 🙏 👌🛸
Remind me at the next webinar - next week, in fact - to tell you about Prof Rudy Schild’s theory on broken links, Troy. Different context, I know, but meaningfully connected, I think … Rudy (whom I spoke to recently) believes that plasma orbs may be a repair mechanism of the universe - when quantum chains (across eons and galactic distances potentially) get disrupted by events such as supernovas and the like … an interesting theory that plays into the universe-as-simulation/computer model
I think you're onto something, Troy. I'm a senior business analyst in the systems integrations consulting space, working the Aerospace & Defence sector for c.3 tears now, so coming across Nick's work is a pleasant professional, and meaningful, coincidence. Symbols, words and "sigils" have more power than commonly ascribed, if Jacque V's "control system" has a bearing on where TLBTMs is taking us.
Great piece Nick, if somewhat depressing. I’ve been reading (“..and now for something completely different…”) Jason K. Stearns, Dancing in the Glory of Monsters: The Collapse of the Congo and the Great War of Africa and there’s a great quote in there which is germane to the situation you describe:
“Lies come up in the elevator; the truth takes the stairs but gets here eventually.”
Let’s hope.
In an increasingly polarised world, I’m all for national security and protecting the assets that we expect to maintain our ‘western’ freedoms from autocracy, ex-KGB gangster states and malign theocracy (not to mention the NK loons…). My concerns, and they are oft-voiced by others more eloquent, are twofold:
1) there’s a group of people that think they are superior and have a right to know, and others don’t.
2) There is advanced science that’s been translated into engineering that could be helping billions of people and instead is sitting sequestered in a lab somewhere (or perhaps integrated into an exquisite weapon system) that won’t see the light of day for some time, perhaps a very long time.
Thanks, Paul. That is indeed a great quote. I’m with you … am all for nat sec too, but struggle when the disinfo seems to be aimed more at a domestic audience than at adversaries (but maybe the two are indivisible in the eyes of counter-intelligence, which is me being as generous as I can). The real danger with disinformation for me is where does it stop? When it corrodes from within - and there’s no apparent accountability - that’s when we seems to have a problem. Yes, all a bit depressing, but I remain hopeful - especially when the weather here is improving and - low be it spoken - we may even break out the bbq towards the end of the week!
Um, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't EMP damage irreversible? Isn't that the point?

Nice, Rich. As ever, you’ve taken an idea to next-level. Look forward to your further thoughts on this
Gods, that did sound very New Age lol
Still pooling my thoughts on "A New Kind War"
Take your time … it was a big chapter!

As a former programmer, I like your "false icons" idea. Essentially broken links to programs that no longer exist or, in most cases, never existed.

I wondered why we spoke the same language, Rich! 👌💫
Programmatic dead-ends!
The more things change…

So, the stairs it is then. One at a time.
